Aluminum Profile Roller Track Conveyor and Accessories

Our aluminum profile series roller track conveyor features a slide guide design to provide the most compact and efficient use of lateral space. The roller track is 35 mm high by 40 mm wide profile, with a clear anodized finish. The extrusion can be cut with a carbide blade, band saw or cold saw. A captive T-slot runs down the length of each side. With our T slot nut P/N TSN6, guides, scanners, proximity switches, light curtains and other accessories can be easily mounted and positioned on the tracks.
The optional slide guide P/N QSLG is extruded from a high-density polyethylene for smooth carton flow. It is designed to provide maximum space utilization with the smallest footprint.
Roller track mounting brackets are required at each end of each roller track to mount to your flow rack frame. The flow (QF), the stop (QS) and the drop stop (QDS) mounting brackets are engineered to slide on the roller track.
