Our joints are stamped from high quality steel. They are designed for maximum clamping and holding force and can be used and reused. The finish is a tough black oxide that is chip and rust resistant. For further pipe retention many of the joint bodies have 2 deep stamped ribs which help grip the pipes. This insures structural rigidity and design integrity. Joints with the QC part numbers are complete connectors including socket head cap screws and barrel nuts. The QC-8 (parallel hinge) also includes the Q-140 bushings.
